We’d like you to know two things about the men that pull up to your home in our familiar green and white trucks. First, we wouldn’t send anybody to your house that we wouldn’t welcome in our own. And second, they’re all Certified Employee Training Program (CETP*) recipients. That means – they know their stuff. CETP was developed by The National Propane Gas Association as an on-going training program for all propane systems employees covering just about every area of safety and service. For most of our technicians, these courses are just a continuation of the intensive cross-training we’ve always insisted on. All of our technicians have to be equally proficient at making deliveries, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and appliances.
