A special delivery/ leak test charge will be added to the delivery charges for WILL CALL CUSTOMERS. Access to all appliances is required. Therefore if indoor appliances, someone needs to be home to let the delivery man in to test the gas system and re-light the pilots. If no one is home or no access has been provided the tank will be locked and an additional call and fee will be needed.
